Slack Access:
Students will be granted access to a private workspace on Slack. Access to the Slack app is organized by Ontario Bar Exam Coach as part of the optional additional 1:1 support package. This 1:1 support can only be purchased in conjunction with Bar Exam Bootcamp or private 1:1 coaching.

Slack Availability:
Availability for support will be Monday to Friday, 10 am to 6 pm Eastern Time. 

Slack Policy:
The Bar Exam Bootcamp Slack policy offers a 1:1 Slack support package, which includes up to five voice notes per day (approximately), with the total voice notes per day not exceeding 10 minutes in length. Ontario Bar Exam Coach will respond to these voice notes within 24 hours during business hours and will check them twice daily.

*Previously, Ontario Bar Exam Coach used Voxer for voice communication, but we have now switched to Slack because we find it to be a more effective tool. Slack transcribes your voice messages, allowing you to read them if you are unable to listen to the notes. This feature aligns with our commitment to accessibility, which is an important value for Ontario Bar Exam Coach.
